Shipping & Handling

We offer free shipping on all orders.

Getting your order to you accurately and on time is our highest priority. Some products are made or shipped directly from my shop, while others ship through a supplier, so processing and delivery times vary depending on what you order.

Custom Shadecloth Rollup Kits and Products: These are made to your exact measurements, not pulled off a shelf. Processing takes 5-7 business days before your order ships, and delivery typically takes an additional 5-7 days.

In-House Products (flags, hardware, and other items I keep in stock): Processing takes 2-4 business days, with delivery running 5-7 days after that.

Supplier-Shipped Products: Some items ship through a supplier, and a few of these suppliers have warehouses overseas, so processing and delivery can take longer and are harder to predict. Delivery from these warehouses typically takes 7-14 days, though it can run longer depending on the supplier.

Tracking: As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package to your door. Please note that while most of our shipping partners provide tracking, we cannot guarantee it in every case.

If you need your order by a specific date, message me before you order and I'll let you know honestly whether it's possible.
