How do I get a price for custom shadecloth?
Send me your measurements through the contact form along with pictures and I'll get you a quote. Be sure to include your phone number in case I need to call to go over what you want. Pricing depends on size and what you need, so there's no fixed price list for custom work.

What if my measurement is off, or the panel doesn't fit right?
A variance of up to 1 inch is normal with shadecloth and isn't eligible for replacement — that's covered in the Refund Policy. If it's off by more than an inch, send photos with a tape measure showing the discrepancy and I'll replace it at my discretion. If you're not sure how to measure, check the measuring guide before you order.

How long does a custom order take?
Custom shadecloth is made to your exact measurements, so it takes 5-7 business days to build before it even ships, then another 5-7 days for delivery. In-stock items like flags and hardware ship faster — 2-4 days to process.

Do you ship to Canada?
Yes — you can switch currency to CAD at the top of the site.

Are the flags made by you?
The shadecloth is all my own sewing, but the flags are sourced from manufacturers around the world.  The Winter Texan line especially is something I put together myself and printed to my designs —since I couldn't find flags like it anywhere else.

Can I return a flag or hardware item if I change my mind?
Yes, most in-stock items can be returned within 30 days if unused and in original condition. Custom shadecloth is final sale outside of the 1-inch tolerance above — see the Refund Policy for full details.

Do you offer local pickup or installation?
Yes, seasonally, if you're in South Texas. Our physical shop is open mid-October through the end of March, and during that window we install shadecloth and solar screen products on porches, decks, and more in person. Outside that season, or if you're not local, custom orders ship anywhere in the US. Please note that some products online are not available in our physical shop, and some items in our physical shop are not available online.
